za uzasadnienie niech posłuży treść mojej reklamacji, jak dotąd bez odpowiedzi:
It’s even difficult to express how upset and disappointed I am with the poor service of yours.
Last friday I made the reservation, Booking Ref YI9FBB and received the confirmation. On the next day you cancelled it, the only explanation was “We are unable to charge your credit card”. At the same time you increased the flight price for 4 tickets from 7510.56 PLN to over 10.000 PLN. I find this situation as awful approach towards the customer. You didn’t even phone me despite the fact that I wrote my number in the reservation (why do you ask for that?)!!
In consequence I had to decide quickly about the connection from Warsaw to Delhi in the given time, choosing russian Aeroflot. I wonder if you are surprised with the fact that my credit card works well and the autorisation was easily done.
Nevertheless let me inform you that I had to pay more, shorten the stay in India and decide on longer airport stay. Thank you for ruining down part of my vacation plans!!
If you don’t react on this claim, I may promise you that nobody of our four person group won’t again decide to choose your company. We will warn everybody against your poor service and we are eager to claim it on international court with the confirmation of bookings as a proof.
